Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to consultation fees paid online on www.tahilyanilaw.com.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed consultation time for a full refund.
  • You may also reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed consultations, are not refundable.
  • If we need to cancel and cannot offer a time that suits you, we refund the full fee.
  • Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. To cancel or request a refund, contact us or at legal@tahilyanilaw.com with your booking reference.
